About Us

Company History

Dugas Pest Control is a Louisiana company that has been family owned and operated since 1957. We are currently employing our third generation of owner/operator. Our company was purchased by Doug MacPherson in 1973 and is now owned by his daughter, Laura Simpson.

At Dugas, we understand that now more than ever it is important for you to trust someone that you invite into your home. Therefore, we have hired only the most professional, personable technicians to service our customers. Our termite and pest technicians are certified and recertified annually in order to stay up-to-date with the most effective pest management techniques. In addition to our technicians, we also employ a team of friendly, knowledgeable customer service representatives who are eager to help with any questions you may have about our services. Our management team works hard to give its team members the tools they need to provide their customers with the peace of mind they deserve.
