The owner passed away shortly after the flood and she had appointed her niece to take care of her business. The house was in the process of being restored, One of your employees came to check on the house and was very good at making sure any area that needed to be sprayed was taken care of before the sheet rock was replaced. She also sprayed the area where a new bathtub was to be installed and of course did the usual work that you do with the trap that are installed around the house outside, we can't say enough about the good job she did at that time and we have continued to receive the same good service ever year when it is time to renew the contract. We purchased an older house that had been sitting empty for 6 months and found that palmetto bugs/southern cockroaches had gotten comfortable here during that time. Dugas reduced the problem by probably 95%. Now, if we see a bug (rare event) it is dying or dead. They’re consistent, friendly, and fairly priced. Definitely give them a try.hide
